PRINCIPLES DESIGN
Design principles to help determine how to use design elements. There are four design principles: balance, emphasis, rhythm, and unity. The principles of Graphic Design help you to combine various design elements into a good layout.
Balance
each element in the visual composition of weight that have been determined by the size, darkness or lightness, and the thickness of the line. There are two basic approaches to balancing the Design Education. The first is a symmetrical balance of the composition of the elements in order to evenly into left and right of center. The second is that an asymmetrical balance of different settings with the same body weight on each side of the page. Color, value, size, shape, and texture can be used as a balancing element.
Symmetry can be strength and stability of publications, presentations, and web sites. May imply asymmetric contrast, range of motion, etc. surprising. It is suitable for modern and entertainment publications, presentations, and web sites.
Rhythm
Rhythm / Rhythm are the recurring pattern created by the elements different. Repetition (repeating similar elements in a consistent way) and variations (changes in shape, size, position or element) is the key to the visual rhythm. Placing the elements in a layout on a regular basis to make smooth, and even the rhythm of a quiet, relaxed mood. Sudden changes in the size and the distance between the elements to make fast, the rhythm of life and a pleasant mood.
Emphasis
Emphasis is standing or first attention. The layout of each requirement is important to draw the reader’s eyes or Community Design to the important part of the layout. Too many focal points defeat the purpose. Generally, the important one created when different elements of the others.
